Published sea-freight tables
These freight amounts are charged once per order for the listed tile-count band. They are not multiplied by each tile.

United States rates cover standard lower-48 addresses. Canadian rates cover standard metro addresses. Australian rates cover standard metro addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, northern territories, remote postcodes, islands, and other non-metro routes require a separate check.
Before payment
- Submit the collection, color codes, quantity, and destination postal code.
- We confirm stock, dispatch origin, route eligibility, and the current delivery estimate.
- We send a PayPal invoice matching the confirmed product and freight amount.
Sea freight is slower than express delivery. The route-specific handling and transit estimate shown with the invoice controls for that order. Do not pay when the stated timing does not meet your needs.
Duties and destination charges
Published website totals do not include import duty, customs brokerage, sales tax, GST, or other destination charges unless the invoice expressly includes them. A carrier or customs authority may collect these amounts separately.
Cancellations
An unpaid request can be cancelled at any time. After payment, contact us immediately. A paid order can be cancelled for a full refund before procurement or dispatch begins. When procurement or dispatch has already begun, cancellation depends on whether the shipment can be stopped and on any unrecoverable carrier or supplier charges.
Wrong, damaged, or missing items
Inspect the cartons and color codes promptly. Contact us within seven days of delivery with the order reference, carton label, affected model codes, and clear photographs. When the item is wrong, damaged in transit, or materially incomplete, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. Applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Change-of-mind returns
Contact us within 14 days after delivery before sending anything back. Uninstalled, unused, and unwashed standard tiles in resalable condition may be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for approved return freight, customs charges, and secure packaging. Original international freight is not refundable after successful delivery. Refunds are issued after the returned products are received and inspected.
Color and measurement
Small screen-to-product color differences and normal batch variation are not shipping damage. Confirm model codes and order enough tiles for the planned layout and spares. Contact us before payment when exact batch matching is important.
