TileCarpet.design is an independent online retailer and is not the official website of TOLI Corporation. TOLI names and product marks identify genuine products offered for resale; they do not imply that TOLI operates or endorses this website.
Product information
The store currently offers selected AK35 and AK27 modular carpet tiles. Each tile is nominally 40 x 40 cm. Screen colors, photography, lighting, and production batches can create small differences from the physical product. Availability and documentation are confirmed by model and color code before payment.
Order request and contract
Submitting the website form does not charge you and is not final acceptance of an order. We first check stock, destination eligibility, and the displayed freight table. A binding order is formed only after the confirmed PayPal invoice is issued and paid.
Prices, payment, duties, and taxes
Website prices are shown in USD for the United States, CAD for Canada, or AUD for Australia. The displayed total includes the product subtotal and the published sea-freight amount for a standard eligible address. Import duties, brokerage, sales tax, GST, and other destination charges are not included unless the PayPal invoice expressly says otherwise.
Measurement and layout responsibility
The free designer rounds each rug side up to complete 40 cm tiles. Customers remain responsible for confirming the physical measurements, subfloor suitability, access, color codes, quantities, and any spare-tile allowance before paying the invoice.
Care and use
Follow the product-specific TOLI instructions supplied or linked with the order. Individual eligible tiles may be hand washed with water or diluted neutral detergent, rinsed, and shade-dried. Do not use a washing machine, spin cycle, tumble dryer, or dry-cleaning process unless the exact product documentation expressly allows it.
Shipping, cancellation, and returns
The current shipping and return conditions are published on the Shipping & returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the destination market.
Website and design tool
The design tool is provided for planning assistance. Temporary service interruptions, browser differences, or rounding may occur. Confirm the written invoice details before payment rather than relying only on a saved screenshot or shared link.
